Food is what brings everyone together. We celebrate over a meal, we catch up over lunch and we graze as we gather. For most, it’s the basis of all that we do and for me, it’s an honour to be able to help people enjoy good food as they enjoy good company.

I’ve been lucky enough to be a part of huge celebrations over the years, from Thanksgiving family feasts on board private yachts to small scale private dinner parties in people’s homes. Celebrating weddings, engagements and milestone birthdays. Equally, I’ve been able to take a load off grieving families at memorial services and provide spreads for Christenings. I create bespoke menus for every occasion and take pride in making sure the offerings are exactly what you’re looking for.

Love is the route of what I do and my childhood nickname of “smiler” has stuck through my years serving in hospitality. Whatever you’re looking for, I’m here for you to assist in making any occasion that bit extra special!
